Ingredients
  • 500 gr. HATZAKOU Puff Pastry
  • 400 gr Chicken breast
  • 200 gr. Fresh mushrooms
  • 250 gr. Greated graviera cheese
  • 2 Yellow or orange peppers
  • 1 Small onion
  • A little white wine
  • Salt, pepper

For the béchamel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 Tbs flour
Method

Sautee the onion, the chicken (you can boil it beforehand if you like), the mushrooms and the peppers. Add white wine, salt and pepper and let the mixture cool. Then add the graviera cheese.

Prepare the béchamel sauce and add it to the chicken mixture.
Butter up a tart pan and place the puff pastry inside docking it all over with a fork. Pour the mixture onto the pastry and bake at 180Co for 40’ approximately.
