Who we are
When Georgios Hatzakos opened his own store in 1964 in his birthplace, the city of Thessaloniki (after ten years of working in a filo pastry workshop), the only tools he had at his disposal in order to supply filo and kataifi pastry to the city patisseries, were his hard work and the care he took in producing a final result he could be proud of.
His thirty-two years of experience and the continuous training of the second generation, which dynamically joined what had now become… a family business.
Because flavour should have no limits.
